Use of the playbacks

In addition to the legal regulations for the use of purchased audio files, the following applies to the playbacks purchased here:

Personal performance rights:

By purchasing our Playbacks you receive a personal performance right that allows the use of the Playbacks during live performances.
Please note that you still have to register public performances with GEMA.

Recordings using the Playbacks:

If you record with our playbacks, the following applies to your use:
a) Publication of advertising recordings:
The use in the form of (youtube-) videos or demo CDs is permitted, as long as "https://www.pianoplaybacks.com" is mentioned as the source of the accompaniment in the description or in the booklet.
b) Recordings that are sold (e.g. CDs, streaming):
If you would like to sell recordings with the playbacks, please contact us first. We will agree on a licensing under manageable conditions.
