Here you can find out which steps are necessary to place your order (conclusion of contract) and how this process can be interrupted.
Ways to place an order:
The easiest way to place your order is described below and is via the shopping cart and checkout area of the web shop.You may prefer to place your order by phone or fax. This is also possible. This process is described in detail below
Choice of titles:
You can get an overview of all immediately available playbacks in the info box ""Overview" above. There the titles are either sorted by style or can be viewed from A-Z.If you are looking for a specific title or artist, you can search for it in the "Search" box. (or magnifying glass) and immediately receive information about availability.
You can find out what you can do if you can't find what you're looking for under the heading "Special requests". in the box at the top left.
Input options for your wishes:
Once you have found your desired title, there are various options:1. Tempo change:
The original tempo of the recording of the artist named in brackets next to the song title is usually preset here. The specification is in beats per minute and refers to the quarter note unless otherwise stated. Don't change anything here if you want the playback to have the original tempo.However, you can choose a different tempo. If you would like a value that is not listed, please provide "as per order notes". a. Then you must state the title and the desired tempo in the checkout area in the appropriate field.
Any speed change will be charged with the specified surcharge (usually €1.50).
Several tempi are common in some pieces. Then you can sometimes switch to other tempos without additional costs or, as described above, choose deviations that are subject to a fee.
Costs for the tempo change are displayed right next to the input and automatically added to the playback price.
2. Available keys:
The original key of the song is set here, if there is one (some pieces exist in many keys). If you would like to have a different key, click on the arrow and select yours from the options displayed there. Under "Special Requests" find out what you can do if the key you need isn't there.3. Shipping method
All playbacks are available both for mailing and for download in different products.a) Shipping by download
The download of the playbacks immediately after receipt of the payment (for PayPal and Klarna immediately after the order) is only possible for titles with "Download" in the title. Pay attention to this when selecting the playbacks.
We guarantee that the download option will be available up to one year after the order. The far in the future expiry date specified in the order summary is not guaranteed. However, as long as the product is available in the shop and this remains unchanged, downloading will still be possible.
b) Dispatch by e-mail
This does not happen automatically when the payment is received, but "by hand". This usually happens within 24 hours, often faster. But it can also take up to 3 working days in individual cases.
More variants are possible for the products sent by e-mail, mainly due to the choice of tempo.
c) Shipping on CD (€6.90 shipping costs)
In the checkout area you can select " on CD". If you do this, you will receive the ordered playbacks by e-mail or for download (depending on the selection) and on CD.
All playbacks ordered in the order will be sent to you as a wav file burned onto a CD with an imprint and a booklet in a slim case by post.
d) Shipping as a wav file (€2.50 shipping costs)
If you need wav files for your playbacks (in contrast to mp3, no data reduction and significantly larger files), you can select this in the checkout area.
In addition to sending the mp3 files by e-mail or as a download, we also upload the playbacks of the order as wav-files (44,1 kHz, 16 bit) to a folder on our online hard drive. We will email you an access link that will allow you to download the files for at least a month after purchase.
The shopping cart:
Once the song you choose is set the way you want it, click on the "add to cart" button. This takes the song to the shopping cart. The shopping bag symbol at the top right takes you to the shopping cart and from there to the checkout.Titles can also be removed from the basket.
If you would like to order the songs in the shopping cart, please click on the "Checkout" field.
Volume Discount:
If you order several titles, you will automatically receive a volume discount.This is from a playback order value (without shipping costs and CDs of the artists) of €13: 10%, from €30: 20%
Unfortunately, no discount can be given on the CDs of the artists or on the shipping costs. These amounts also do not result in reaching a discount level.
The discounts can result in invoice amounts below the discount limits. Only the sum of the regular prices of the playbacks is decisive for the discounts.
Your discount will only be displayed as a price reduction in the checkout area.
The ordering process:
By clicking on the field "Checkout" the ordering process is initiated. From here, however, there are still numerous options for correcting and canceling the order.1. Checkout
On this page, please check the shipping address and correct it if necessary.The shipping method is already preset according to your order. To change the shipping method for titles, you must delete them from the shopping cart and select them again.
Select here if you would like to have an additional CD sent.
When you are finished with the entries on this page, click on "continue".
2. Payment method
Please check the billing address here and correct it if necessary.Then please enter the desired payment method. You can choose between "payment in advance", "Klarna" and "PayPal". For direct debit and credit card payment, please also select "PayPal" (You don’t need a PayPal account).
At the bottom of the page you can post your comments, especially tempo changes. You can also use this field for messages to pianoplaybacks.com.
Please also confirm the "General Terms and Conditions".
If you pay in advance, you will receive an email with your order confirmation with account details to which the invoice amount can be paid by bank transfer.
Please understand that&rszlig; if you order in advance, the delivery can only be made and sent after receipt of payment.

3. place an order
There are many correction options here.
Under "Articles" your order is listed again.
If you are sure thatß all entries are correct, now click on the field "order with costs". You will then immediately receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. In this shop, however, your order only becomes legally binding upon receipt of payment.
Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible. Shipping is usually within one day. It can only take up to 3 working days in exceptional cases.
Order by phone:
If you don't want to order online, you can also place your order by telephone (tel. no.: 02202/2684333). Since there are no fixed business hours, you can leave your order on an answering machine if you can't reach anyone. Please enter your name, your address and, if possible, a telephone number for queries, as well as all information about the desired pieces that can be set on the pages.If your order is clear, you will receive a confirmation, our terms and conditions, and an invoice by e-mail or post, depending on the information you provide. If everything is correct, pay the bill to the account specified there. This is how the contract comes into being. You will receive your delivery as a CD in the post if you do not provide an e-mail address to which the backing tracks should be sent or if the backing tracks are downloadable.
